century Moorish castle

The land of around 15.000 m2
is divided into 12 plots and includes
an area of 3.800 m2 reserved as
“Zona verde” (green zone) which
will not be built on.
The houses have been carefully
planned according to the
topography of the site such

The plots vary in size from 700 to
900 m2, with the villas having
constructed areas of 175 to 225 m2
